Experienced, professional Certified Managers ensuring compliance with and enforcement of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
Supervising and assisting staff to ensure a smooth dining service and the customer experience is maintained at a high level.
Providing guest care including beverage and food service, general information and ‘housekeeping’ while maintaining an enjoyable, safe environment.
SENIOR BAR STAFF
Managing behind the bar - the staff, the stock, the glassware, everything. From set up to pack down.
FRONT OF HOUSE SERVICE
Greeting and serving customers in a warm and friendly manner. Advising menu options and specials, taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
BAR STAFF
Working behind the bar, preparing, mixing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. They also handle cash transactions, keep the bar area clean, and provide excellent customer service
KITCHEN HANDS
STOCK RUNNER
Keeping kitchens and bars fully stocked throughout the event, and ensuring rubbish and dirty glassware are removed at regular intervals.
TICKETING STAFF
Assisting kitchen service with dishwashing, cleaning, restocking and food preparation.
Scanning and applying accreditation to all patrons entering the event. Ensuring a hassle-free ticketing process.
